<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely manage attendance of a caretaker and reduce a burden of a information management of the caretaker when a caretaker registered to an employment agency goes to a residence of a customer to provide home nursing-care. <P>SOLUTION: When going to a customer site to provide the home nursing-care and starting a nursing-care service, the caretaker firstly transmits a service start time and a service content to a server 11 by means of a portable phone 13. When the nursing-care service is completed, the caretaker also transmits the time of the completion by the portable phone 13. A database 14 stores the start times, completion times and service contents as a database at every service for each caretaker.
