<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple air layer system window capable of repairing an existing sash at low cost and having additional functions such as light shading, decoration by neon or electric lights, decoration, and advertisement medium in addition to each performance such as great energy saving, earthquake resistance, reduction of weight, resistance to storm, and crime prevention. <P>SOLUTION: A polycarbonate (PC) economical unit 3 formed by machining by aluminum frames 4, 5 using a PC hollow panel 1 or a PC transparent single plate 2 as a surface member is attached to an existing aluminum sash single plate or various window glass. By realizing a composite window in this way, each performance such as great energy saving, earthquake resistance, and crime prevention can be obtained. Each additional function can be obtained by an air layer between the existing sash and the PC economical unit.
