<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a program, and a method wherein, when a plurality of paths reaching the same node exist, an optimum path is selected. <P>SOLUTION: This system selects the optimum path in a multi-node network which contains a first path reaching an endpoint node through a start node and a first node, and a second path reaching the endpoint node through the start node and a second node. This system comprises a storing means 150 for storing a link cost; and a path measurement optimizing means 130 for comparing a first path cost calculated, based on a start node cost, a first link cost, a first node cost, a second link cost, and an endpoint node cost with a second path cost calculated, based on the start node cost, a third link cost, a second node cost, a fourth link cost, and the endpoint node cost, to select a path having a lower cost, for optimizing the path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
