INTERIOR TRIM PART FOR AUTOMOBILE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trim part for an automobile on a core material of which a surface skin is laminated and its manufacturing method capable of effectively softening a desired part and restraining weight increase. SOLUTION: A clearance at one part of a cavity 4 is made larger to for a thick part 6 on a part of a surface skin 3, and a mold at the part the clearance of which is made larger is constituted in a slide mold 13'. A plurality of protruded parts 14 are projected toward a cavity mold 12 on the opposite side on the slide mold 13'. The slide mold 13' is made to slide in a direction to separate from the other mold at a stage where thermosetting resin is not hardened after heating the thermosetting resin by injecting it. Thereafter, a recessed part 16 corresponding to the protruded part 14 is made on the thermosetting resin at the thick part 6, and a bubble 17' is produced in the surface skin at a part equivalent to the thick part 6 as the recessed part 16 is closed after the surface skin 3 is hardened.
