PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring voltage, allowing cost reduction and accurate measurement. SOLUTION: In the voltage measuring device, N+1 voltage detection terminals T1-T6, serially connected to N-connected voltage sources V1-V5, are selectively connected to a capacitor 3 with first and second multiplexers 1 and 2, and the voltage at both ends of the capacitor 3 is supplied to a voltage-measuring means 7. The voltage-measuring device further has a reference voltage source circuit 8 for supplying the intermediate voltage of an measurement full-scale value as a reference voltage of the voltage measurement in the voltage-measuring means 7. The voltage of the odd-numbered voltage source or the voltage of the even-numbered voltage source is charged into the capacitor 3 with reverse polarity, then the first and second multiplexers 1 and 2 are opened, and the voltages of the voltage sources V1-V5 are measured.
