PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a present condition without consciousness of each other's existence between applications without unitarily storing condition information. SOLUTION: An application 1 knowing a condition, and another application 2 needing the information have interfaces only with a condition information management device 4. In the application 1 knowing the condition, when the application 2 needing the information of the condition carries out a reading request of the condition to the condition information management device 4, the condition information management device 4 reads information of the actual condition on the basis of information of a place holding a registered condition, and information of the read condition is immediately transmitted to the application 2 having made the request.
