PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor circuit capable of alleviating or eliminating the frequency dependency of impedance resulting from a parasitic capacity of a switching device, for the resistor circuit equipped with a switching element connected in parallel to an electric resistance element. SOLUTION: The resistor circuit comprises an input terminal 1 for electric signal input, an electric resistance element 2 having a predetermined resistance value, a bypass route 3 connected in parallel to the electric resistance element 2, a switching element 4 for controlling electric conduction of the bypass route 3, an inductance element 5 connected in series to the electric resistance element 2, and an output terminal 6 for outputting to the outside. The inductance element 5 has an inductance value suitable for inhibiting an impedance value of the resistor circuit shifting from the resistance value of the electric resistance element 2 due to the switching element 4 especially within high frequency bands.
