SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR POSITIVE RESPONSE OF MESSAGE RECEPTION ON COMMUNICATION NETWORK OF PACKET BASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a response procedure capable of decreasing the number of data packets or reciprocation waiting time in a network, which is a system and method for positive response of message reception in a communication network of a packet base. SOLUTION: A transmission node generates a data packet inside an upper layer and transmits this data packet to a reception node while using a lower layer. The lower layer generates and transmits a pseudo response packet to the upper layer in response to a positive response received from the reception node. The pseudo response packet reports the satisfactory reception of the data packet at the reception node to the upper layer of the transmission node and burden for the upper layer of the reception node to prepare an actual response packet is removed.
