PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loss of an effective digit of a coordinate value when converting a data format between different CADs. SOLUTION: A data input part 110 reads conversion source CAD data and stores them in a CAD data storage part 120. A coordinate change part 130 finds center coordinates of a figure defined by the conversion source CAD data, and changes coordinates of the conversion source CAD data of the CAD data storage part 120 such that a center of the figure becomes the origin. A data conversion part 140 converts the data format by use of the conversion source CAD data changed with the coordinates by the coordinate change part 130, and generates conversion destination CAD data.
