PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device for keeping recovery order not by terminating a program in an interruption state but individually terminating a program in a performance state when the program in the performance state is forcibly terminated. SOLUTION: A portable telephone terminal 1 includes an OS 10 and an APMAN 20 in a control part 2. The portable telephone terminal 1 also includes: a display part 51; and a voice processing part 53. The display part 51 and the voice processing part 53 output information by the program. When the terminating request of the first program is received from the second program in a state where the first program is interrupted by the OS 10 and the second program is being performed, the APMAN 20 transmits a temporary stop request to the display part 51 and the voice processing part 53.
