PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick cooling storage capable of quickly cooling heated foodstuff while minimizing loss of foodstuff, and properly cooling and storing the same. SOLUTION: A control device 18 has a second operation mode for continuously operating a compressor 4 and air blowers 13A, 13B, 13C of a cooling device for a time E stored in a first operation mode from a time when the temperature in a storage compartment 12 is lowered to T2 on the basis of the output of an inside temperature sensor 17, and controlling the operation of the cooling device to keep the temperature in the storage compartment 12 within a range of a target temperature on the basis of the output of the inside temperature sensor 17 thereafter.
