PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a neutron conduit laying working by providing a dedicated measuring device for measuring a position relationship of a neutron conduit unit when laying a neutron conduit. SOLUTION: A theodolite 4 for performing positioning of a truck self, laser gages 5a, 5b and 5c measuring the positions of a neutron conduit unit 12 in vacuum containers 13a, 13b and 13c, an collimator 7 and a prism 9 are mounted on a truck 2. Positioning of the truck self is performed by collimating targets 3a and 3b using the theodolite 4, and thereafter the position of the neutron conduit unit 12 is measured for adjustment by using each measuring device.
