PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch not having a possibility that waterproofness is damaged by winding crown operation, capable of component exchange around the winding crown when a screw locking function is lowered. SOLUTION: In this watch, the winding crown 31 is screw-locked on a winding stem pipe 21 mounted on a shell 13. A pipe mounting hole 17 and a screw hole 18 communicated rectangularly with the mounting hole are provided on the shell 13. The winding stem pipe 21 has an insertion part 21a inserted extractably from the outside of the shell 13 into the pipe mounting hole 17; and a shell outside projection part 21b arranged outside the shell 13, on which a male screw 25 to be screwed detachably with the winding crown 31 is formed. A locking recessed part 22 is provided on the circumferential surface of the insertion part 21a. A ring-shaped waterproof packing 24 is sandwiched between the pipe mounting hole 17 and an insertion part 25a. An attaching screw 26 is screwed movably forward and backward with the screw hole 18, and the tip part of the screw 26 is inserted into the locking recessed part 22, to thereby hold the winding stem pipe 21 by the shell 13.
