PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible stretch die with which a forming surface corresponding to each forming part is formed and fine stretch forming can be carried out without performing relatively movement with respect to a long size material during forming. SOLUTION: In the flexible stretch die 3 which is used for forming a frame material 60 having a first forming part 22 and a second forming part 26 which are different in positions in a forming direction 12 and in a width direction 16, a plurality of stretch units 13 provided with a first block 37 and a second block 53 which are arranged along the longitudinal direction 14 of the frame material 60 and sides of the frame material 60 of which are formed into curved surfaces, a first servomotor 29 and a second servomotor 53 for moving each of the first block 37 and the second block 53 in the forming direction 12 respectively and a first unit die base 24 and a second unit die base 42 for supporting them are attached to a base 11 correspondingly to the first forming part 22 and the second forming part 26.
