PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed capable of displaying a time and desired information other than that, having superior safety without any recess/projection formed on the surface, providing a favorable visibility, well matched with an atmosphere in a room, preventing from impairing a comfortable space representation and dispensing with a large installation space. SOLUTION: This bed comprises a bed body 9 and a head board 2 erected at the front end part of the bed body 9, and the head board 2 is characterized in comprising a board body 3, an information display means (for example, a time display part 4) stored in the board body 3, displaying information when a power is turned on and being invisible when the power is turned off, and a semi-translucent board surface material 6 making the displayed information visible. The information display means is preferably to be an LED display 42. The information may be time information.
