PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair setting agent which imparts a gloss to the hair, is highly effective in keeping a hair style and gives a light finish. SOLUTION: The hair setting agent composition contains (A) a poly(oxyalkylene)/alkylene/methylpolysiloxane block copolymer, (B) an alkyl acrylate/diacetone acrylamide/amodimethicone copolymer and (C) an alkyl-modified low-viscosity silicone.
