PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable landing hall device of an elevator for base isolation construction, by forming a sliding part in the movable ceiling and a movable floorboard of a boarding-alighting passage as a smooth sliding mechanism for not generating a sliding sound, even in a strong wind as well as in an earthquake. SOLUTION: In this movable landing hall device, a base isolation construction body is supported by a base part construction body 2 via a base isolation device; a hoistway 5 is formed in the base part construction body and the base isolation construction body; the boarding-alighting passage 7 is arranged between this hoistway and the construction body; a base part entrance is arranged on the construction body side of the boarding-alighting passage; and a hoistway entrance is arranged on the hoistway side of the boarding-alighting passage. The device has a ball bearing 26 arranged in one of opposed sliding surfaces of a floorboard base part side plate body 17 for constituting a fixed floorboard of the boarding-alighting passage and a floorboard hoistway side plate body 20 for constituting the movable floorboard, and a highly hard painting surface 27 applied to the other of the opposed sliding surfaces of the floorboard base part side plate body 17 for constituting the fixed floorboard of the boarding-alighting passage and the floorboard hoistway side plate body 20 for constituting the movable floorboard.
