PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to acquire truly useful information, by allowing the user to easily make access to a transmission apparatus for an elevator. SOLUTION: When a management company of a building tries to acquire a monitoring picture by a monitoring camera 19, a user terminal 2 writes user ID and a use permission key in a predetermined column of a display image screen. A user managing means 11 of a Web server 9 for an elevator maintenance company checks these writing-in items, and an information providing means 12 transmits the monitoring picture to the user terminal 2 when a check result is not problematic.
