PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual certification and a control system for an elevator in which a usage range of an ID recording medium such as a magnetic card and an IC card for specifying the individual of a user carried by an elevator user is not limited to the elevator installed in one building. SOLUTION: In the individual certification and control system for the elevator, in the elevator control system having the ID recording medium 600 portable by the elevator user and recording the individual ID information for specifying the user; and a control device for controlling the elevators of the respective buildings by recorded information of the ID recording medium 600, desired service information of a user in every elevator of the respective buildings is recorded in the ID recording medium 600.
