<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable conversation recording device for preparing minutes of meeting clarifying a person who has spoken, even for a person of first meeting without advance preparation. <P>SOLUTION: The conversation recording device is provided with a periphery image imaging means for segmenting a face region.
