<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the fuel economy is not improved around the improvement slightly below 100% when the number of more fuel consumption improving commodities is increased though the fuel economy is well increased for the first two or three commodities if the fuel economy improving commodities of an automobile on the market are combined and mounted on the automobile. <P>SOLUTION: The problem in which the fuel economy is not improved so much is determined as shortage of the power, the power by a solar panel is supplied to an automobile by the arrangement forward or reward of a cabin, and the use of a toggle switch and an ignition relay device, and the fuel economy is improved by at least 160%.
