<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended transport device capable of surely preventing a work from falling off caused by a quake due to an earthquake. <P>SOLUTION: A running member 5 is guided by engaging a guide roller 7 with a guide rail 2, and a pair of hanger arms 6 are installed on the running member 5 rotatably. A vehicle body W is held by the hanger arms 6 and transported along the guide rail 2 in the suspended condition. Spread preventive bars 15 stretching along the guide rail 2 are installed on both sides of the hanger arms 6 and secured to ceiling suspension members 3. The hanger arms 6 are prevented from spreading caused by the bar 15 abutting to them when a quake due to earthquake is applied, and thereby the vehicle body W is certainly prevented from falling off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
