PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for configuring a blade for cutting the V shape grooves of a surface illuminant so as to have the length flexibly fitting for the purpose of an application object. SOLUTION: The blade for mounting cutting tools is partitioned by being divided into segments like blades 12, 13, 14. The blades 12, 13, 14 have a structure composed of joining members 32, 33, 34, and can flexibly cope with the required length corresponding to the object. The cutting tools to be mounted on the blades have small narrowed portions 36 thereon so as to be firmly fixed on the blade and so as to be easily mounted and dismounted.
