PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain optimal image pick-up setting when a jacket of package media is photographed as pick-up image data being recorded in correspondence with audio data in a portable audio player provided with an image display function and a camera function. SOLUTION: In response to a designation for starting photography of a jacket, a camera block is controlled such that image pick-up setting is optimized for photography of a jacket, e. g. square image setting, flash luminescence inhibit setting, or close-up photography mode setting. A square jacket of package media is employed in many cases. When the jacket is photographed along with the case of package media, a proper image cannot be picked up if a flashlight is snapped. In this case, photography in proximity to the object is anticipated. Optimal photography of the jacket can be achieved through image pick-up setting described above. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
