PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform oscillation for any frequency band by constituting so that negative resistance of the oscillation transistor-side is obtained, even in two frequency bands where the frequencies are different. SOLUTION: A resonance circuit 26 inserted between the base and the collector of an oscillation transistor 20 is constituted so that it corresponds to two-frequency bands that differ in frequencies, and the resonance frequencies can be switched. At least a first feedback means 24 inserted between the base and an emitter or a second feedback means 25 inserted between the emitter and the collector, is constituted so that it connects three reactance elements in series and shows the conductivity or capacitive properties in the two frequency bands. The other feedback means has conductivity or capacitive properties which are the same as those of one feedback means in the two frequency bands, and is made to oscillate in the two frequency bands.
