PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for watching, and to lessen a user's burden when the movement of a plurality of programs on simultaneous broadcast and communication is watched. SOLUTION: In a user's input unit, the identifier of a sending-out device specified by a user is transmitted to a channel information input unit; and character-string data about the output of the sending-out device inputted while the character-string data about the identifier of the sending-out device, and the output of the sending-out device inputted while this user viewed and listened to the output of the output unit, are transmitted to the channel information input unit. Further, the identifier of the sending-out device made applicable which is specified by the user by referring to the channel information table which a receiving system was shown to a receiving device, is transmitted to the channel information table showing device.
