PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-acid battery capable of restraining corrosion of an electrode pole part exposed from an electrolyte and a strap part and excelling in a battery life, in a lead-acid battery with the electrode pole part and the strap part formed integrally with it. SOLUTION: In this lead acid battery with the electrode pole part and the strap part formed integrally with it, the electrode pole part and the strap part are coated with electrolyte-resistant and fixative insulation oil inactive to water, for instance, oil becoming a liquid by being melted at high temperature like microcrystalline wax or the like and being solid at ordinary temperature by using a spray or the like.
