PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum chamber for a charged particle accelerator having a simple construction for reducing ratio of mechanical processing and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: One ends of NEG angles 15, 16 and 17 each having a L-shaped cross section are joined to swelling portions 19 and 22 of a beam channel 25 which charged particles go around. The other ends of the NEG angles 15, 16 and 17 are overlapped and joined to antecedent portions 26 and 27 extending in the radial direction of the radiation light radiated in the tangent direction of the rotation of the charged particles and the cooling channels 13 and 14 provided outside the antecedent portions 26 and 27.
