PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by changing finely a period of refresh in accordance with temperature. SOLUTION: A temperature detection part 1 detects temperature of a chip and outputs a temperature signal (t). A reference temperature signal outputting part 2 outputs a reference temperature signal tb corresponding to a plurality of different reference temperature compared with temperature of the chip in accordance with a selection signal (s). A temperature comparing part 3 compares temperature of the chip with the reference temperature by the temperature signal (t) and the reference temperature signal tb. A selection signal outputting part 4 outputs the selection signal (s) in accordance with the compared result of the temperature comparing part 3.
