PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and certainly change over file transfer and stream transfer from a storage medium processor on an application. SOLUTION: This content display device connected to the storage medium processor has: a file transfer driver 230 executing the file transfer; a file start part 236 making the file transfer driver effective according to file transfer requirement of a user, and performing file transfer start requirement to the storage medium processor; a file end part 240 making the file transfer driver ineffective according to end requirement of the file transfer of the user, and performing file transfer end requirement to the storage medium processor; and a content display part 242 displaying a file-transferred or stream-transferred content.
