PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably release a burglar prevention detecting function in maintenance, so as to eliminate generation of unnecessary alarms and to pollution of a storage object, and to surely make the burglar prevention detecting function effective, at normal operation times. SOLUTION: A configuration is obtained where a screw 37 is required in attaching the cover 36 of a burglar prevention detecting part 50. When the screw 37 is fitted, the function of the burglar prevention detecting part is made effective. When a maintenance worker completes a maintenance work, while releasing the function of the burglar prevention detecting part 50, the door 24 of a medium storage device is not closed.
