PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of a project by surely confirming only e-mail relating to a designated project. SOLUTION: The e-mail management device is provided with a e-mail classifying part 18 which, when a project number is described in the title of e-mail received by a e-mail receiving part 17, specifies a project corresponding to the project number by referring to management contents of a project management DB 16, and classifies the e-mail into the project, and the e-mail management device specifies the project corresponding to the project number transmitted from a user terminal 2, and transmits the title of the e-mail classified into the project by the e-mail classifying part 18 to the user terminal 2.
