PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name plate using a reversible information display panel, with which its fabricating cost and man-hours required for its fabrication are suppressed to sufficiently low levels and consumption of resources is efficiently suppressed through the recycled use. SOLUTION: The name plate 1 has a display portion constructed with the reversible information display panel which makes required information including full name information displayed on the transparent substrate side by sealing a display medium in an enclosed space between two sheets of substrates which are placed opposite to each other and of which at least one is transparent, and transferring the display medium with an electric field produced by charges formed on the substrate surface, wherein the reversible information display panel uses two kinds of display mediums respectively constructed with two kinds of particles for the display mediums with mutually different colors and charge characteristics and both with average particle diameters in 3-10μm range, and total thickness of the information display panel is set to be 10μm or more and less than 1 mm.
