摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image forming method, capable of forming a toner image of high density and high sharpness, without black spots or stripe defects, an electrophotographic photoreceptor, an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, and a process cartridge, even if it performs printing of several sheets using toner which can be established at low temperature. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image forming method has an electrostatic charge process of electrostatically charging the electrophotographic photoreceptor, an exposure process of forming an electrostatic latent image by exposing the electrostatically charged electrophotographic photoreceptor, a developing process of forming a toner image, by developing the electrostatic latent image by a developer containing a toner, and a transfer process of transferring the toner image via or without via an intermediate transfer member to a recording material, where the softening point of the toner is 75 to 120°C; the electrophotographic photoreceptor containing inorganic particles of 5 to 300 nm in number-average primary grain size and a binder between a conductive substrate and the uppermost layer and has the uppermost layer covering an intermediate layer on the intermediate layer.
