PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic charge image developing toner which is excellent in preservation stability and heat resistant preservation property without adversely affecting fixing property, and by which high quality toner images is stably obtained when a number of sheets are printed, and the manufacturing method of the electrostatic charge image developing toner. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner having a core-shell structure obtained by coating the surface of a core part with a shell layer contains a crystalline substance in the core part and the shell layer and is characterized in that the endothermic peak (P1) in a first temperature rising process by the DSC of the crystalline substance is 50 to 100°C.
