PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably install a peeling member in a position close to a fixing member, but, in non contact with the fixing member, without need of complicated adjustment. SOLUTION: The peeling baffle 71 for peeling the paper P wound around the fixing roll 610 in a position on the downstream side of the nip part N of the fixing roll 610 in the rotating direction is positioned by a positioning member 72 which is set with a prescribed positional relation with the peeling baffle 71, and arranged in contact with the fixing roll 610.
