PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley capable of preventing excessive compression and breakdown of elastic bodies and decline in durability. SOLUTION: This pulley is provided with a hub 2 fixed to a rotational shaft and having rotation transmitting projecting parts 12 in the hub side; a pulley main body 3 rotatably provided on the outer periphery of the hub 2 and having rotation transmitting projecting parts 14 in the main body side; first and second elastic bodies 4, 5 which are respectively stored inside a plurality of elastic body storing spaces 15 formed between the rotation transmitting projecting parts 12 in the hub side and the rotation transmitting projecting parts 14 in the main body side; and stopper means 16 regulating a helix angle between the hub 2 and the pulley main body 3 within a tolerance. The stopper means 16 comprise stopper projecting parts 17 provided in one of the hub 2 or the pulley main body 3 and stopper grooves 18 provided in the other of the hub 2 or the pulley main body 3 and regulating rotation of the stopper projecting parts 17 within a tolerance.
