PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal bag-like product capable of reducing the number of processes in manufacture, cost, and weight, and simplifying its structure, while flexibly corresponding to change in relief pressure or maintaining pressure to stably perform its expected explosion-proof function and pressure maintaining function by interally forming a relief valve or a constant pressure valve in component processing. SOLUTION: The product is structured by punching out a part of a steel plate (main body component made of metallic plate) 1 of the metal bag-like product and forming a round hole (opening) 1a therein, press-fitting a scrap 2 that was punched out into the round hole 1a of the steel plate 1, and that part becomes a relief valve V. An elastic and deformable protrusion for receiving the scrap 2 press-fitted into the round hole 1a is provided on the peripheral edge of the round hole 1a of the steel plate 1, which becomes a constant pressure valve R.
