PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system of relatively low manufacturing cost capable of collecting a plurality of power generating functions. SOLUTION: A power generator having a motor and a water wheel integrated by a common rotary shaft is put in a ship shape case and is floated on water surface in river. An upper half of the water wheel sticks out of the water surface. A blade of the water wheel under water is pushed by water flow and rotates, a rotor of the motor rotates and cross magnetic force line between the motor to generate power.
