PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable method in constructing and removing a pile foundation for a small-scale temporary structure, particularly a construction method of a simple pile foundation based on a plurality of pile foundation structures easily constructible at a low cost, and a dismantlement-removal method of the simple pile foundation for easily and rapidly dismantling and removing each pile foundation structure using a general-purpose construction machine such as a back hoe. SOLUTION: A plurality of pile members 3 are juxtaposed and buried in the soft foundation ground 17, and pile heads of the respective pile members 3 projected from the foundation ground 17 are connected to one another by reinforcing connection members 4, 5. Concrete is placed on the pile head of each pile member 3 including the reinforcing connection members 4, 5, to construct the pile foundation structure 1 formed with a pedestal integrally with the respective pile members 3. The plurality of pile foundation structures 1 are installed at predetermined intervals to the foundation ground 17 to construct the simple pile foundation, and using the general-purpose construction machine such as the back hoe 21, the pedestal 2 of the pile foundation structure 1 is pushed up like a lever and pulled out and removed together with the respective pile members 3 to allow batch dismantlement-removal for every pile foundation structure 1.
