PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily switch continuous paper supply and cutform paper supply with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A cutform paper inserting port 7 and a sending-out port 5 are arranged in a casing 2 for storing a roll body 4. A lever 3 is held so as to be rotatable and slidable in the horizontal direction to the casing 2. The lever 3 is slid in the horizontal direction, and a large diameter holding part 10 is pressed in a core part of the roll body 4, and when rotating the lever 3 in the inverse direction of an arrow D, the roll body 4 integrally and reversely rotates with the holding part 10, and continuous paper is rewound, and a cover part 11 moves from a position for blocking up the curform paper inserting port 7, and the cutform paper inserting port 7 is opened. Then, when projecting cutform paper from the sending-out port 5 by inserting the cutform paper from the cutform paper inserting port 7, the cutform paper can be fed. Afterwards, when sliding the lever 3 in the inverse direction by rotating in the arrow D direction, the lever can be switch again to continuous paper supply from the roll body 4.
