PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a giveaway holder for use with a can container, with flexibility that it can be attached irrespective of a type and size of a giveaway and easy to remove from a can. SOLUTION: A holder body 10 of the giveaway holder 1 for use with a can container is formed as a rectangular plate. A holder locking plate 11 is extended downward on one longitudinal end of the holder body 10, and a planar giveaway mounting plate 12 is extended downward on the other longitudinal end of the holder body 10. Can locking claws 111 and 122 to be locked with the upper rim of the can container 3 are inward-protrusively provided on opposite faces of the plates 11 and 12. The claw 111 is shaped as an arc extending along the shape of the upper rim 41 of the can container and formed like a ridge. The plate 12 has a double-faced adhesive tape 2 bonded thereon for attaching the giveaway 3 or a giveaway locking hook 121 raised thereon to be inserted into a locking hole 32 of the giveaway 3.
