PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle capable of preventing windows from fogging by installing a thermoelement module so as to heat an indoor heat-exchanger and enhancing the comfortableness of an occupant. SOLUTION: The thermoelement module 30 is equipped with a heat absorbing heat-exchange part 31 to be in a low temperature condition by the heat absorbing action owing to thermoelement and a radiating heat-exchange part 32 to be in a high temperature condition by the heating action, wherein the radiating heat-exchange part 31 is arranged so that heat is conducted to an evaporator 14 so as to heat the condensate in it for making evaporation, while the absorbing heat-exchange part 31 cools the evaporated condensate for making recondensation.
