The present invention relates to a card which may be mounted to a bag. The card includes a foldable panel and an aperture therein. The foldable panel may be folded one or more times to create a twin-panel card configuration. A bag may include one or more handles which can be inserted through the aperture. In this manner, the card may be mounted to the bag to form an integral package assembly. The card may contain indicia to make the bag occasion specific or provide a desired adornment. The card may further include a personalized sentiment which the bag temporarily conceals from the package recipient. Optionally, the card receives a pair of handles and restricts their lateral motion and further acts as a closure device for the bag. In additional embodiments, the card is a tri-panel card and includes an interior panel.
