<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiseptic apparatus used for antisepsis of cutting oil, lubricant, aqueous wax or the like for machining. <P>SOLUTION: The antiseptic apparatus comprises circulation passages 101 and 102 for circulating a liquid to be subjected to an antiseptic treatment, and an antiseptic member 110 arranged within the circulation passages 101 and 102.
