<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data of the current conditions easily on electricity usage to consumers who want to buy both the public electric power and the green electric power at a predetermined ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The voltmeter is equipped with an input/output terminals 30 and 31 supplying the receiving electric power including the green electric power generated by natural energy to a consumer load 4, a detectors 33 and 34, connected to the input/output terminals, detecting electric current and voltage proportional to electric power consumed at the consumer load 4 , an electric power processing section 35 calculating current and voltage signals detected at the detectors to determine the electric power, a central processing section 36 calculating electric energy consumption by accumulating the electric power derived from the electric power processing means, an electric energy indicating section 37 displaying the electric energy consumption calculated at the central processing section 36, and a setting section 38 which adopting a coefficient to the electric energy consumption, while the central processing section 36 includes a function to determine the green electric energy consumption by multiplying the coefficient adopted at the setting section 38 to the derived electric energy consumption and to display the green electric energy consumption on the electric energy indicating section 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
