<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device which allows the quick and accurate later payment of charge with high reliability, and has a long service life and is economically excellent. <P>SOLUTION: This portable terminal device comprises a portable terminal body A, a data carrier storage part 6 formed in the terminal body and a data carrier C built in the data carrier storage part.
