<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of output resistance loss in a fuel cell and enhance the utilization efficiency of electric power by making current flowing through the fuel cell constant even if a load is varied, while electric power is supplied from a power generation device and an electricity storage device charged with the power generation device to the load. <P>SOLUTION: The whole output current flowing from a fuel cell stack 61 is passed through a constant-current device 43 which controls so as to prevent the flow of current having a prescribed value or more. By making flow the whole output current from the fuel cell stack 61 through the constant-current device 43, constant current is always taken out of the fuel cell stack 61. Current passing through the constant-current device 43 is divided into two, and one of the current charges the electricity storage device 45 when a switch 44 is in an ON state, the other current flows into an accessory 50 and a voltage control device 52 independent of ON/OFF of the switch 44. The electricity storage device 45 functions as a main power source capable of supplying electric power sufficient to operate the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
