<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that enables a user to acquire only desired mail without sorting it out. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has an email reception means for receiving external emails, a plurality of email storage means for storing the emails received by the email reception means, a sorting means for sorting and storing the emails received by the email reception means into at least one of the email storage means according to sorting conditions, a sorting condition setting means for setting the sorting conditions, a sorting condition storage means for storing the sorting conditions set by the sorting condition setting means, and an email printing means for printing the emails stored in the email storage means for each email storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
