<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil winding tool which can outsert the coil automatically and easily, having high capacity of winding a coil onto a supporting line, and a method of winding the coil thereon by the use of it. <P>SOLUTION: In the cable installation method using an elastic coil, the coil winding tool is used to outsert the above coil onto the supporting line stretched beforehand between utility poles. It is composed of a roller 2 which winds the coil onto the supporting wire while contacting with the whole of the inside of the coil and rolling and advancing it, a drive 4 which rotates the roller 2 via a main shaft 3a extended in parallel from one end of this roller 2, and a suspending part 5 which suspends the roller 2 on the supporting wire via the main shaft 3b extended in parallel from the other end of the roller 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
